
As we look retrospectively at my blogs, we realize as we do so, our initial concern has been in the process of aging, we lose much of our abilities and ultimately, we lose our life. Barring a major accident or event, age will eventually kill us all. It’s a fact!!
LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE
The purpose of the blog itself has been to explore avenues in which we can enjoy life longer, possibly, increase our life span through the actions we take while we continue about our daily lives. Living a healthy life is a broad statement. So, we’ve narrowed it down to a few methods, in which we can ensure the healthiest existence that we, as individuals, may or may not pursue directly, or engage with earnest. We may suppress our knowledge of what truly is the best way for us to live our lives. I can’t control those things in anyone, but myself. Yet, most of you are reasonably intelligent people, so what would prohibit you from wanting to live a longer, healthier, and happier existence? Well, this blog engages you in those activities that you may pursue a healthy lifestyle.
PROVIDERS
There are people who have expertise in nutrition, which I will only modestly approach as far as types of diet you may want to engage in some day. There are others whose profession are rapidly growing across America. These are well-being healthcare providers who have the knowledge and experience to explain how the hormones, vitamins, and other nutritional supplements contribute to your health.
I want to continue to enrich your knowledge about those things in life that if we just focus on and try to build into our lives, a little at a time. I want to make sure that you understand as much as you possibly can about hormone replacement. I have discussed in some depth, but still more depth is needed. I want to continually revisit because hormone replacement therapy is one of the up-and-coming treatments being offered to aging men and women, that can be addressed through knowledgeable and well-trained providers. Mind, body, and spirit are the keys that we must address for overall health.
ASK YOURSELF
Ask yourself the question… do you really want to live a longer, and, a healthier and happier life while you are on this earth? I think the answer will likely be “yes, of course, BUT…” The “but” represents a desire or the lack of willingness to engage. How do you overcome that? I suggest you look in the mirror. Do you see things changing in your life? Look at your family and friends. Do they seem to have vigor? Or do they tire easily and live life without joy or a meaningful future? Do they seem to find ways to invest themselves in life itself? Do they like to laugh and have fun?
